Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EduSkill Group. By accessing or using our websites (including EduSkill.org), learning portals, proctored examinations, virtual science simulators, and placement portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our ecosystem services.

These terms represent a binding legal agreement between you (as an individual candidate, educational institution administrator, or corporate partner) and EduSkill Group.

1. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

Access to certain services requires registering an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete details during account setup.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all actions logged under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@eduskill.org if you suspect unauthorized access or credential leak.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent profile parameters or violate acceptable usage thresholds.

2. Academic Integrity & Proctoring Rules

For certifications and assessment scores to hold high value for corporate recruiters, academic integrity must be preserved. When undergoing proctored testing on EduSkillX:

• You must remain in full view of the webcam. Absence from the camera frame will trigger integrity flags.
• You are prohibited from using secondary screens, mobile devices, external browser tabs, or unauthorized software compilers.
• You agree to our AI Proctoring System analyzing local microphone noise levels and eye-gaze positions to compile scoring compliance markers.
• Any attempt to inject malicious code, run automated scraping bots, or copy test questions will result in immediate test disqualification and permanent ban from our NearbyHiring recruitment portal.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All virtual science simulators, chemistry lab components, code compiler structures, proctor algorithms, Nexa AI scripts, graphics, design tokens, and website layouts are the exclusive property of EduSkill Group and its technology partners.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials and assessments for individual skilling. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or reverse-engineering any software or proprietary content from our platforms.

4. Payments, Refunds & Taxes

EduSkill Group facilitates online payments for premium certifications and MDP corporate workshops via trusted gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe):

• Billing Details: You agree to provide valid billing information. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise.
• Refund Policy: Certification fees are non-refundable once an assessment key has been generated or the exam session has commenced. For corporate MDP workshops, cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days prior to get a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training batches due to low enrollment or unforeseen events. In such cases, a full refund or batch transfer will be provided.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

EduSkill Group services, simulators, and courses are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we make every effort to verify candidate profiles, EduSkill Group does not guarantee jobs, salary minimums, or direct placements through our NearbyHiring network. In no event shall EduSkill Group be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platforms.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to attempt informal dispute resolution by contacting our legal desk at legal@eduskill.org. We will respond and attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.
