3. AI Proctoring System & Anti-Cheat Logs

To preserve academic integrity and prevent cheating during distance testing, our AI Proctoring System logs additional metadata during assessments:

• Gaze Tracking Analytics: Logs duration and frequency of off-screen gaze positions. This is processed locally and flagged logs are uploaded as numerical markers.
• Voice & Noise Thresholds: Monitors surrounding microphone audio levels to log unrecognized audio or speech flags. It does not record continuous ambient conversation.
• Webcam Feed Processing: Continuous face verification is executed locally to confirm the student’s identity and detect multiple faces or absences.

All proctoring flags are compiled into scoring integrity metrics visible only to your specific testing institution and verified evaluators.

4. India DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

EduSkill Group strictly adheres to the provisions of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). Under this framework:

• Consent Seekers: We process your data only after obtaining clear, specific, unconditional, and unambiguous consent.
• Purpose Limitation: We collect personal data solely for specified vocational skilling and hiring actions.

If a candidate terminates their account or requests erasure, all personal data is deleted or permanently anonymized within 30 days, unless required for legal compliance or financial accounting audits.
