We foster a culture of creative freedom, technical quality, and mentor pairings. Our team works hard to prevent technical debts, building clean, scalable educational frameworks in structured timelines.

We support a hybrid working pattern. Teams generally meet twice a week at our Bangalore office for brainstorms and live reviews. The remaining days can be worked remotely with custom workspace allowances.

We use a structured Growth Roadmap. Growth evaluations occur biannually, focusing on code modularity, design consistencies, project mentoring contributions, and platform speed enhancements.

We evaluate interns based on code hygiene, folder discipline, and collaboration capabilities. High-performing interns receive pre-placement offers (PPOs) 4-6 weeks before their internship completes.
