The rapid change in different sectors including innovative Industries and firms and high growth jobs require more educated human resources with the ability to respond flexibly to complex problems, communicate effectively, manage information and sophisticated multi-tasks, work in teams and produce new knowledge. Corporate houses also have changed how they are organized and the way they do business. Now workers have more responsibilities and contribute more to productivity and innovation.

In response to rapid economic changes, ICT intensive Industries and firms have revamped organizational shifts such as flatter management structure, decentralized decision making, use of tasks oriented teams, cross-organizational networking, just-in-time inventory, flexible work arrangements, information sharing, etc. These shifts are meant to increased productivity and innovations by using creativity.

To prepare youth to be competitive, our nation needs a "Multi-skilled workforce", a proficient combination of skills, knowledge, and expertise to succeed in work and life. To support the "Skill India" initiative as envisioned by various stakeholders in Skilling Ecosystem such as Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, National Skill Development Corporation, State-Level Ministries, we are offering Skill Development training aligned with placement support such as Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna, National Urban Livelihood Mission, Special Projects, CSR Projects, a name of few.

These initiatives are backed with Placement assistance and offered to cover various sectors and job roles. Our trainers support and strengthen leadership and management capacity by infusing kinds of skills into education, corporate, and Individuals of all age groups.

Eduskill is operating in Skill Ecosystem with a bigger cause at the grass-root level by uplifting the lives of underprivileged, School dropouts, Unemployed youth, Women empowerment, and people working in a different industry but lack of recognized certification.

These courses meet all the standards of the National Skill Qualification framework and the certificate to the qualified trainee is awarded by the NSDC / State Government bodies.
